The Pivot technology from Look is an unique binding construction with a turnable heel part that rotates directly under the heel of the foot. This solution reduces the risk of injury and provides extra shock absorbtion that minimize the risk of pre-release. Another thing that stands out with the Pivot bindings is the low mounting point, which makes the skier come closer to the ski (and snow). The Look Pivot 18 is a binding for heavier, aggressive and expert skiers only. For normal skiers we recommend Look Pivot 15.
